The Program is open to all who

Any person who can be a participant in this Program according to these requirements (as decided in the sole discretion of Red Robin in its sole and sole discretion) is identified as an “Eligible Participant”, “you”, or “your”. Every Eligible Participant is subject to any verification requirement at any time.

To sign up for the program, eligible Participants are required to sign up to create an account (“Account”).
Participants who are eligible to register can do so through the Internet, by text or via The Red Robin Mobile App by following the Registration Process section below, or, if available, using the tabletop device at the participating restaurants (the “Registration”).

Red Robin Royalty Reward Registration Process
Online Registration Process
Visit redrobin.com/royalty (the “Website”) and then click on the “JOIN Now” links.
Enter your first and last name, an email address and an account password based on the characters at the bottom of the page, your valid telephone number, and your year and month of birth.
Note that a valid telephone number and date of birth are required for specific deals. By giving this information, you ensure that it is true.
When you provide your phone number, you represent your identity as the subscriber or a customary user of the number.
If you change your mind about being the user or subscriber of a number you have provided by Red Robin, you agree to notify Red Robin immediately.

We use your contact details to communicate with you via the methods you choose when you sign up for the Program. If your contact details change,
or if you want to alter your contact information or the way through that we communicate with you (e.g. you can request that we let the Program send out messages directly to your mobile number), Log on to royalty.redrobin.com and change your details or preferences.
The information you have entered will be available to you via your Account. You must log in to your Account if you want an account.
There is a maximum of one Registration per eligible participant. If it is found that an eligible participant (or someone claiming to be an eligible participant) attempted to
(i) acquire multiple Registrations or
(ii) make use of or attempt to make use of multiple identities, names and multiple email addresses to register at the final decision of Red Robin You may be barred from participation with this Program,
and we may terminate your Account, deactivate it or deactivate all Red Robin Program Registrations with which you have registered.
Furthermore, Red Robin may refuse to permit you to re-register with the Program.

Red Robin Royalty Benefits
Being a Royalty (a participant in the Program, also known as a “Royalty Member”) makes you eligible to earn Rewards.

The number of credits you earn is contingent on the particular menu items you buy and the amount you spend (excluding tips and sales tax) as well as where you reside as well as how long you’ve been Royalty and specific Rewards,

If there is a death or bankruptcy of personal Royalty members, it is expected that the Royalty Members Account will be shut down, and any Rewards in the Account will be lost. Rewards cannot be divided in the event of divorce.
How to join Red Robin Royalty
Joining the Red Robin Royalty program is simple and can be done online. Simply head to RedRobin.com, select “Join Royalty,” and fill out your information.
You can choose which tier you would like to be on, and the website will prompt you to select the number of times you plan to visit the restaurant each month. Once you submit your information, you will receive a confirmation email.

Red Robin Royalty Rewards
To get credit for your qualifying purchase and redeem a reward you’ve earned, present your program card or phone number associated with your Account to a server or your tabletop gadget in participating restaurants with your payment.
The server will input information about your Program Card information or the number associated with your Account into the Program System, the fact that you were at the restaurant and the items you bought.
Your Account will be automatically adjusted to reflect the number of credits you earned and any Rewards you have redeemed.
When you purchase using an app Mobile App or Online Ordering process, you will need to verify the details of your Royalty Members Account by logging into your Account using your Royalty Account details before making a purchase.
You can only redeem one earned Reward each time you visit Red Robin. Red Robin restaurant allows you to redeem only two earned rewards daily.
If you’ve accrued more than one Reward, present your program card or the telephone number for your Account to the server along with your payment method.
The program will add the highest-ranked Reward that you’ve received to your Account (see the Reward Redemption section below for Reward ranking).
The rewards you don’t spend remain in your Account until you redeem them or they expire, or until they are used up, whichever comes first.
All Rewards depend on their supply at the time of the redemption request. We can offer certain Rewards only as long as collections, and quantities are available.
If you dine at the Red Robin restaurant with other Royalty Members, ensure that your server gives every Royalty Member a check and then apply for the credit on the specific Royalty Member’s purchases to the Royalty Member’s Account.
Suppose you forget to provide your server with your Program Card or the phone number associated with your Account when you pay for your meal. In that case, not all is lost:
you can still receive credits for your qualifying purchases by scanning and submitting your receipt to www.redrobin.com/pages/help/contact/ and selecting “Add Credit to Account.” This process allows you to add credit to your Account up to 30 days after you visit a restaurant. Credits will not be granted for qualifying purchases you make before registering.
All fees, costs and expenses incurred by a Royalty Member in redeemed Rewards and using the Reward is the sole and complete obligation of Royalty Members. Royalty Member.
Every Royalty Member is entirely and solely responsible for any income, provincial, state, local and deferral taxes relating to their Reward.
